Realglow photoluminescent pigment is very fine, probably finer than sugar, but not as fine as flour. The large-particle glow pigment powders can be as big as 1/16th of an inch, and are not good for use in paints, but you can sprinkle them into craft projects for amazing star-like effects, and they glow longer and brighter!
